At the Garden Kitchen we host monthly Evening Dining nights that showcase the talents of our chefs. The evenings are reservation only with a set menu featuring the best of local and seasonal Great British produce.
We will be hosting our next Evening meal on February 3rd and February 17th from 7pm.
February Evening Dining Menu
Starters
Beetroot & goats cheese terrine, dressed leaves
Parsnip & Jollydale cyder soup with parsnip crisp
Wild boar & pistachio pate, granary bread
Clam & mussel chowder with potato dumpling
Main
Pan roast duck breast (Gressingham), garlic fondant potato, Savoy cabbage and Cumberland sauce
Pan-fried Sea Bass fillet, roasted fennel risotto & buerre noisette
Lincoln blue cheesecake, walnut & pear salad & tomato relish
A celebration of Braunston Gloucester Old Spot pork served with baby vegetables and pan juices

Rhubarb bavarois, vanilla mousse & pistachio biscotti
Caramelised fig tart with nut brittle
White & dark chocolate tower, marinated cherries
Pear & ginger pie, crème anglaise & vanilla ice cream

If you would like to book a table for this or any of the other events please contact us or send us your email so that we may place you on our customer emailing list. We will then let you know the menu 2 weeks before so that you can reserve a table by reply if you wish.
